Backstory: Gintama is originally from Nuremberg, Germany. His father was a Japanese businessman while his mother was a German Flight Attendant. Having been raised in both countries from many years, he is fluent in both languages. After finishing school in Germany, Gintama's father wanted him to come to Japan to find a job there. Gintama had always wanted to try living in Japan, finding that the people and places were all so entertaining and easy to get along with. When he turned 19, he moved to Tokyo with his own money saved from working and owns his own apartment, albeit, it isn't very big at all. 


For a year, Gintama has worked as a freelancing game programmer and part time manga-ka, rarely having time to do much of anything else besides sit at his computer. Though he is good as what he does and always makes time for gaming sprees on certain days, his latest project with an anonymous company has him worried. He is programming for a project called 'Noriko', and the data he is allowed to mess with is heavily encrypted and protected by numerous high-tier firewalls. After receiving notice to leave the project alone for a few weeks, he has since gotten entranced by the game Ardermina Online.

Personality: On site as Vale, he is far more serious than usual, and works towards his own goals. However, he is more outgoing around those he shows interest in and lets his real personality shine through around them.

This was addressed before, but with regards to your offline character, since it is based on real life, it would't be possible for your character to grow natural blue-grey hair. Instead you can put "dyed" next to the color if you'd like. I believe the same could be said about eye color since red is not natural (unless your character is albino)... you would put something like "contacts" next to it.
